产品描述:CUSABIO试剂盒采用竞争法酶联免疫吸附原理,专为定量检测猪血清或血浆样本中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)设计,适用于科研领域对猪黏膜免疫功能的评估研究。猪IgA作为黏膜免疫系统的重要效应分子,广泛参与呼吸道、消化道等黏膜表面的病原体防御,其浓度变化可反映机体局部免疫状态。试剂盒预包被特异性抗体,实验过程中样本内IgA与标记物竞争结合抗体位点,通过显色反应强度反比计算目标物浓度,检测灵敏度达0.146 μg/mL,线性范围覆盖0.146-37.5 μg/mL,可精准检测微量样本中的IgA含量。试剂盒包含预包被96孔板、系列浓度标准品、生物素标记检测抗体、HRP标记链霉亲和素及显色底物等核心组分,标准品与抗体需-20°C保存,其他组分4°C储存,有效期6个月。该产品适用于畜牧科研中疫苗效力评估、疾病模型建立时的免疫应答监测,或规模化养殖中通过定期检测IgA水平分析猪群健康状态,实验操作需注意避免样本反复冻融或溶血干扰,建议使用新鲜分离的血清/血浆进行检测以保证数据准确性。

For IgA, there are serotype and secretory type. If you want to test feces samples, we recommend you choose Pig secretory immunoglobulin A,SIgA ELISA KitCSB-E12063p. No matter you use CSB-E12063p or CSB-E13234p, we suggest you do a pretest first.
All the components in the kit are well prepared, so you don't need to prepare the reagents by yourself. Sorry we can not provide reagents for plate preparation.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
