DLL3
DLL3，即Delta样配体3，别名Delta3、delta-like3(Drosophila)、delta-likeprotein3、Pudgy、SCDO1、SCDO1delta3。它是一种属于Delta/Serrate/Lag-2(DSL)家族的Notch配体，主要在神经内分泌肿瘤细胞表面表达，而在正常成人组织中几乎不表达。DLL3的作用机制涉及与Notch受体相互作用，通常作为抑制性配体，通过与Notch受体结合抑制Notch信号通路的激活，影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡。DLL3在小细胞肺癌（SCLC）中的表达尤为重要，其高表达与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关，是治疗SCLC的潜在药物作用靶点。DLL3的异常表达与多种神经内分泌肿瘤的发生有关，使其成为小细胞肺癌治疗的重要生物标志物和治疗靶点。
