THBS1
THBS1，即血栓素1，别名 THBS 1、THBS、Thbs1、Thrombospondin 1、Thrombospondin-1、TSP 1、TSP、TSP1。它是一种在多种细胞类型中表达的分泌型糖蛋白，由人体细胞自身的基因编码。THBS1的作用机制涉及与多种细胞表面受体和细胞外基质组分的相互作用，能够调节细胞黏附、增殖、迁移和免疫反应等过程。THBS1通过与CD36和CD47等受体结合，激活相关信号通路，影响肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞活性和血管生成 。THBS1在肿瘤微环境中扮演着复杂的角色。它能够抑制血管生成，调节抗肿瘤免疫反应，刺激肿瘤细胞迁移，并调节细胞外基质中蛋白酶和生长因子的活性。THBS1的表达在多种肿瘤中发生改变，与肿瘤的侵袭性、转移和治疗抵抗性密切相关。例如，在结直肠癌中，THBS1的高表达与肿瘤的高侵袭性和免疫抑制密切相关，其表达水平的升高与较差的预后相关 。因此，THBS1是肿瘤免疫治疗和抗血管生成治疗中的一个潜在靶点。
