产品描述：CUSABIO试剂盒采用双抗体夹心法原理，专为定量检测小鼠血清或血浆中免疫球蛋白E（IgE）设计。IgE是介导I型过敏反应的关键抗体类型，在寄生虫免疫应答及过敏性疾病研究中具有重要价值。试剂盒检测灵敏度达1.56 ng/mL，线性范围为1.56-100 ng/mL，配备预包被抗体的96孔板、冻干标准品、生物素标记检测抗体及链霉亲和素-HRP系统，通过TMB显色反应实现精准定量分析。实验全程可在4小时内完成，标准品与样本仅需50μL即可进行检测，试剂组分需在-20°C避光保存且有效期达6个月。该产品适用于科研领域中小鼠过敏模型构建、免疫调节机制研究、抗过敏药物开发等场景，特别在评估实验动物体内IgE水平变化、免疫应答动态监测等实验中具有高特异性和稳定性。建议用户通过预实验优化样本稀释比例，针对高浓度样本推荐采用试剂盒提供的专用稀释液进行处理，以确保检测结果准确性。本产品仅供科学研究使用。
