STAT5A
STAT5A，即信号转导和转录激活因子5A，别名STAT5A1、MGF、STAT5。它是一种由STAT5A基因编码的转录因子，属于STAT蛋白家族成员，在多种细胞类型中表达。STAT5A的作用机制涉及响应细胞因子或生长因子的刺激，通过JAK激酶磷酸化激活，进而形成二聚体并转移到细胞核内，调控下游基因的表达。STAT5A参与调节细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、乳汁分泌、免疫反应等多种生理过程。STAT5A的功能异常与多种疾病有关，包括癌症、免疫缺陷和发育异常，是药物开发和相关疾病治疗中的潜在靶点。

IHC image of CSB-RA022814A694phHU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
