LILRA4

LILRA4全称为白细胞免疫球蛋白样受体亚家族A成员4,也被称为ILT7或CD85g,属于免疫球蛋白样受体家族成员。LILRA4主要表达于浆细胞样树突状细胞表面,通过与特定配体结合发挥免疫调节功能。LILRA4能识别病毒核酸复合物,在抗病毒免疫中通过调控I型干扰素分泌维持免疫平衡,其异常表达可能导致系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫疾病的发生发展。LILRA4在肿瘤微环境中呈现差异性表达特征,与乳腺癌、淋巴瘤等恶性肿瘤的免疫逃逸现象存在关联。近年针对LILRA4的药物研发聚焦于调节其信号活性,包括开发靶向抗体和受体阻断剂,其中部分候选药物已进入临床前研究阶段。LILRA4与同家族成员LILRB4在功能上存在交叉性,这为开发广谱免疫治疗策略提供了新思路。

IHC image of CSB-RA012936MA1HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human skin tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-human polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
