DKK3
DKK3，即DickkopfWNT信号通路抑制因子3，别名Dickkopf-3。它是一种分泌性糖蛋白，属于DKK相关蛋白家族成员之一。DKK3主要通过调节经典Wnt/β-catenin信号通路发挥作用，具有调控组织发育、凋亡、增殖、代谢和免疫反应等多种重要生物学功能。DKK3在心脏疾病、肿瘤、免疫调节通路、神经发生及代谢性疾病方面均有研究，尤其在心脏疾病及肿瘤等方面，DKK3的相关生物学功能及其与人类疾病的相关性使其可以作为相关人类疾病诊断以及治疗的一个重要分子标志物。DKK3在心血管疾病包括心力衰竭和肾脏疾病中的作用被特别关注，研究表明，DKK3在心脏可能具有保护作用，但在肾脏可能具有不利影响。DKK3作为新兴的生物标志物，其在血浆和尿液中的水平与心血管疾病和肾脏疾病的发生发展有关。
