We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

The 83 kDa subunit binds and stabilizes the catalytic subunit at 37 degrees Celsius and keeps it in circulation. Under some circumstances it may be an allosteric modifier of the catalytic subunit.

1. Real-time PCR and western blotting show the following CPN2 expression: minimal in MDA-MB-468 cells but obvious in MDA-MB-231 and MCF7 cells. MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell lines were selected for the control group and CPN2 was knocked out for the experimental group. PMID: 26860443
