产品描述：CUSABIO大鼠皮质醇（Cortisol）酶联免疫检测试剂盒（货号CSB-E05112r），采用竞争法原理实现定量分析，适用于检测血清、血浆样本中的皮质醇水平。皮质醇作为肾上腺分泌的重要糖皮质激素，参与应激反应、糖代谢及免疫调节等生理过程，其浓度变化可反映下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴（HPA轴）功能状态。本试剂盒检测范围为3.12-200 ng/ml，能够覆盖正常生理状态及应激条件下大鼠皮质醇的典型浓度范围，检测时仅需100μL样本量，操作流程包含样本预处理、加样孵育、显色及终止反应等步骤。试剂盒采用预包被抗原的96孔板，通过样本中的皮质醇与辣根过氧化物酶标记物竞争结合特异性抗体，经TMB显色后测定吸光度值，浓度越高则显色信号越低。试剂盒包含预包被板、标准品、检测抗体、显色液及终止液等核心组分，开封后需2-8℃保存并在12个月内使用完毕，适用于科研领域研究应激生理机制、神经内分泌调控模型或药物干预实验中的激素水平动态监测，为动物实验提供稳定可靠的检测工具。
