产品描述：CUSABIO小鼠粘蛋白5AC（MUC5AC）酶联免疫检测试剂盒（货号：CSB-E11040m），采用双抗体夹心法定量检测样本中的MUC5AC含量。MUC5AC是呼吸道、胃肠道等粘膜上皮细胞分泌的主要粘液成分，其表达水平与粘液屏障功能及炎症反应密切相关，常用于研究呼吸道疾病、胃肠功能异常及炎症相关模型的分子机制。本试剂盒可检测血清、血浆、细胞培养上清及组织匀浆等多种样本类型，检测灵敏度为4.688 ng/mL，线性检测范围为4.688-300 ng/mL，通过预包被特异性抗体捕获目标蛋白后，采用生物素标记检测抗体及链霉亲和素-HRP系统进行信号放大，最终通过酶标仪测定吸光度值实现精准定量。该试剂盒适用于体外实验研究，如评估病理状态下粘液分泌调节机制、筛选影响粘蛋白表达的化合物或药物，以及探究感染性疾病中宿主防御反应等科研领域。
