CUSABIO人不对称二甲基精氨酸（ADMA）酶联免疫检测试剂盒，采用双抗体夹心法原理，可定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆或细胞裂解液中的ADMA含量。ADMA作为内源性一氧化氮合酶抑制剂，通过干扰一氧化氮生成参与内皮功能障碍、心血管疾病及肾脏疾病等病理过程的调控，是代谢性疾病研究的重要生物标志物。试剂盒检测灵敏度为7.8 ng/mL，在7.8-500 ng/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系，通过预包被特异性捕获抗体与标记检测抗体的协同作用，结合TMB显色系统实现目标物的精准定量，终止反应后通过450 nm波长测定吸光度值。本产品适用于心血管疾病模型构建、代谢综合征机制研究、肾脏功能调控实验等科研场景，配套试剂包含标准品、检测抗体及酶结合物，开封后需2-8℃保存并在12个月内使用完毕，实验操作全程需避免反复冻融及微生物污染，为体外生物学研究提供稳定可靠的数据支持。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human ADMA in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

- A micro ELISA plate --- The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with an anti-human ADMA antibody. This dismountable microplate can be divided into 12 x 8 strip plates.
- Two vials lyophilized standard ---Dilute a bottle of the standard at dilution series, read the OD values, and then draw a standard curve.
- One vial Biotin-labeled ADMA antibody (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Act as the detection antibody.
- One vial HRP-avidin (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Bind to the detection antibody and react with the TMB substrate to make the solution chromogenic.
- One vial Biotin-antibodyDiluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the Biotin-antibody.
- One vial HRP-avidin Diluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the HRP-avidin solution.
- One vial Sample Diluent (50 ml/bottle)---Dilute the sample to an appropriate concentration.
- One vial Wash Buffer (25 x concentrate) (20 ml/bottle) ---Wash away unbound or free substances.
- One vial TMB Substrate (10 ml/bottle) ---Act as the chromogenic agent. TMB interacts with HRP, eliciting the solution turns blue.
- One vial Stop Solution (10 ml/bottle) ---Stop the color reaction. The solution color immediately turns from blue to yellow.
- Four Adhesive Strips (For 96 wells) --- Cover the microplate when incubation.
