人Ⅳ型胶原（Col Ⅳ）酶联免疫试剂盒（货号：CSB-E17116h）采用双抗体夹心法原理，可定量检测血清、血浆、细胞培养上清及尿液样本中Col Ⅳ的浓度，检测范围为62.5 pg/mL至4000 pg/mL，灵敏度达15 pg/mL。本试剂盒包含预包被96孔板、Col Ⅳ标准品、生物素化检测抗体、链霉亲和素-HRP及显色底物等组分，操作流程约3小时完成，标准品和检测抗体需-20℃保存，其他组分可于4℃保存，有效期6个月。Ⅳ型胶原是基底膜的关键结构蛋白，参与细胞黏附、分化及组织稳态调控，其表达水平变化与纤维化疾病、肿瘤侵袭转移及肾脏病变等病理过程密切相关。本产品适用于体外研究基底膜相关疾病机制、评估药物对细胞外基质代谢的影响，或通过体液样本分析Col Ⅳ作为生物标志物的潜在价值，为组织修复、血管生成及纤维化研究提供可靠工具。
