犬P选择素(SELP)酶联免疫试剂盒（CSB-EL020978DO）为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的SELP含量。SELP即选择素P，是一种细胞黏附分子。其它主要存在于血小板和内皮细胞中。研究机制上，SELP能介导白细胞、血小板与内皮细胞间的黏附作用，参与炎症反应、血栓形成等病理生理过程，在心血管疾病等研究中备受关注。试剂盒检测范围为12.5 ng/mL-800 ng/mL，适用于犬类炎症性疾病模型（如败血症、动脉粥样硬化）、心血管疾病机制研究，以及药物开发中抗血栓或抗炎治疗的疗效评估。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
