ZBP1
ZBP1，即Z-DNA结合蛋白1，别名DAI、DLM-1、ZBP。它是一种由ZBP1基因编码的蛋白质，在免疫细胞特别是自然杀伤（NK）细胞中表达。ZBP1的作用机制涉及识别并结合Z-DNA结构，激活下游信号通路，如NF-κB，从而调控炎症反应和细胞死亡。ZBP1参与了细胞对病原体的免疫应答，特别是通过促进NK细胞的活化和细胞因子的产生来限制病原体的扩散。此外，ZBP1还与细胞凋亡和坏死等程序性细胞死亡过程有关，影响细胞的生存和死亡。ZBP1的功能异常与某些疾病有关，包括自身免疫性疾病和某些类型的癌症，是免疫学和细胞生物学研究中的一个重要分子靶点。
