YTHDF2
YTHDF2，别名DF2、CAHL、HGRG8、NY-REN-2。YTHDF2属于YTH结构域超家族成员，含有YTH结构域，该结构域通常位于蛋白质序列的中间，与RNA结合。YTHDF2通过识别并结合N6-甲基腺苷（m6A）修饰的mRNA，调节这些mRNA的稳定性和翻译效率。YTHDF2在调控基因表达、mRNA代谢和细胞信号传导中起重要作用。YTHDF2的功能异常与多种疾病相关，包括急性髓性白血病、视网膜色素变性、Wilms瘤等。
