VPS18
VPS18，别名PEP3，在多种组织中广泛表达，尤其在骨髓、肾脏等组织中表达量较高。VPS18的作用机制涉及其作为CORVET和HOPS复合体的核心亚基，这两个复合体参与介导内膜运输过程，特别是与晚期内体/溶酶体相关，可能介导内体/溶酶体途径中的囊泡运输步骤。VPS18对于维持细胞内蛋白质的正确分选和运输至关重要，其功能异常可能与某些遗传性疾病相关，如Hermansky-Pudlak综合征。VPS18还参与调控神经细胞存活、迁移和树突发育等重要生理功能，对于研究人类神经退行性疾病的诊断和防治新策略提供了新的理论依据和思路。

IHC image of CSB-PA882173LA01HU diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human testis tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
