ULBP2

ULBP2,即UL16结合蛋白2,别名N2DL2、RAET1H、NKG2DL2、ALCAN-alpha。它是一种主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)I类相关分子,由人类基因编码,位于染色体6q25.1上。
ULBP2与自然杀伤(NK)细胞上的NKG2D受体结合,触发多种细胞因子和趋化因子的释放,从而促进NK细胞的募集和激活。许多恶性细胞会分泌这种蛋白质,以逃避NK细胞的免疫监视。
ULBP2在抗感染免疫、抗肿瘤免疫及自身免疫中发挥重要作用,它不仅作为NKG2D的功能性配体,还可能通过TCRγδ1途径直接激活γδT细胞,并在抗肿瘤免疫反应中发挥作用。
