UBAC1
UBAC1，即泛素激活酶E1A（UBA结构域含蛋白1），别名GBDR1、KPC2、UBADC1。这是一种在人体细胞中表达的蛋白质，属于E3泛素连接酶复合体的非催化亚基。UBAC1的作用机制涉及其在KPC复合体中作为适配器的角色，促进已被RNF123/KPC1多泛素化的目标蛋白转移到26S蛋白酶体进行降解。此外，UBAC1还参与调节NF-κB信号通路，通过促进NFKB1成分的成熟来发挥作用。UBAC1参与调控细胞周期、细胞分化、炎症反应等多种生物学过程。例如，UBAC1在人类角质形成细胞中的TLR3信号传导中通过与CARD14/CARMA2sh-TANK复合体的功能互作而发挥作用，影响NF-κB的激活能力。UBAC1的表达变化或功能异常与多种疾病的发生发展相关，包括肿瘤、自身炎症性疾病等。
