TRIM72

TRIM72，全称为Tripartite Motif Containing 72，是一种肌肉特异性蛋白，也被称为Mitsugumin-53或Mg53。它在细胞膜修复中扮演重要角色，能够修复受损的细胞膜，并参与细胞自噬过程。TRIM72与多种信号通路有关，如胰岛素受体信号通路和肌管分化的负调控。此外，TRIM72的异常与某些疾病相关，如肌萎缩侧索硬化（渐冻症）。近年来，针对TRIM72的药物研发取得进展，例如全球首款针对渐冻症的基因治疗药物SNUG01，它通过递送工程化TRIM72基因来修复受损的神经元，为渐冻症患者带来了新的治疗希望。
