TCAP
TCAP，别名Telethonin、T-cap、LGMD2G、LGMDR7等，是一种由人类TCAP基因编码的蛋白质，主要在横纹肌和心肌中表达，与肌肉的结构和功能密切相关。
TCAP可以与肌联蛋白的Z1-Z2结构域结合，作为肌联蛋白激酶的底物，对肌节组装至关重要。TCAP基因的突变与四肢带型肌营养不良2G（LGMD2G）和心肌病有关。TCAP在维持肌肉结构完整性和功能中发挥重要作用，其异常表达或功能丧失可能导致肌肉疾病，包括肌营养不良和心肌症。
