TALDO1
TALDO1，即转醛醇酶1，别名包括Transaldolase 1、TAL、TALDO、TALDOR等。它是一种在人体多种组织中表达的酶，由TALDO1基因编码，位于染色体11上 。TALDO1的作用机制主要是作为非氧化戊糖磷酸途径的关键酶，催化景天庚酮糖7-磷酸和D-甘油醛3-磷酸可逆转化为赤藓糖4-磷酸和β-D-果糖6-磷酸，为核酸合成提供核糖5-磷酸，为脂质生物合成提供NADPH 。TALDO1参与维持谷胱甘肽的还原状态，保护巯基和细胞完整性免受氧自由基的侵害，还参与多种代谢途径的协调。TALDO1的功能异常与多种疾病有关，例如转醛醇酶1缺乏症、多发性硬化症、肝病、肝硬化、肝癌等 。此外，TALDO1的表达水平在某些肿瘤中发生改变，可能影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移等恶性行为 。因此，TALDO1是药物开发和疾病治疗中的一个潜在靶点。
