TACSTD2
TACSTD2，即肿瘤相关钙信号转导子2，别名TROP2、EGP-1、GA733-1、M1S1等，由人类TACSTD2基因编码，该基因位于1号染色体的1p32.1区域。TACSTD2蛋白是一种细胞表面糖蛋白，属于单次跨膜蛋白，由323个氨基酸组成，具有一个疏水性前导肽、一个细胞外结构域、一个跨膜结构域和一个胞质尾部。
TACSTD2的作用机制涉及其胞质尾部的高度保守的磷脂酰肌醇4,5-二磷酸(PIP2)结合序列，该序列在信号转导中起重要作用。TACSTD2通过与PIP2的相互作用以及酪氨酸和丝氨酸磷酸化位点参与细胞信号传导，影响细胞周期进程。
TACSTD2在多种恶性肿瘤中过表达，与肿瘤的发生、侵袭和转移有关，是一种重要的癌基因。TACSTD2的表达程度与疾病的恶性程度相关，其过表达可促进肿瘤细胞生长、增殖和转移，故此成为了开发抗体偶联药物的新靶点。
