STMN2
STMN2，别名SCG10、SCGN10。它是一种由人类基因编码的微管相关蛋白，属于磷酸蛋白家族。STMN2在多种组织中表达，尤其在大脑和肾上腺中表达量较高。STMN2的作用机制涉及微管动力学和信号转导，它通过影响微管的稳定性来调控细胞周期、细胞迁移、信号传导和转运蛋白的功能。STMN2在神经元生长中起到调节作用，并被认为参与骨生成。STMN2的表达减少与唐氏综合症和阿尔茨海默病有关。STMN2的不同剪接转录变异体已被观察到，并且该基因的一个假基因位于染色体6的长臂上。STMN2在轴突发育和修复中起主要作用，促进正常轴突生长和再生所必需的微管不稳定性，其表达受到核反式反应DNA结合蛋白43 kDa (TDP-43)的强烈调控。
