STK40

STK40,即丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶40,别名SHIK、SgK495。STK40是一种假激酶,具有激酶同源结构域但缺乏催化活性,主要通过作为支架蛋白协助E3泛素连接酶与底物蛋白结合,促进蛋白的泛素化和降解。STK40可调控Th1和Th17细胞的分化,介导炎症和自身免疫疾病进展中的重要功能,通过促进FOXO转录因子与E3连接酶COP1的相互作用,促进K48连接的多泛素化和蛋白酶体降解。STK40在多种生理过程中发挥作用,包括细胞分化、免疫反应调节以及可能的能量代谢调节,其异常表达与多种疾病相关,包括自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤。
