SRSF10
SRSF10，即富含丝氨酸/精氨酸的剪接因子10。别名FUSIP1、FUSIP2、NSSR、SFRS13、SFRS13A、SRp38、SRrp40、TASR、TASR1、TASR2。SRSF10是哺乳动物剪接调节因子家族的成员，称为SR蛋白，由RNA结合域（RRM）和富含精氨酸和丝氨酸的辅助域（RS）组成，这些结构域指导与其他蛋白质的相互作用。SRSF10的作用机制涉及通过磷酸化状态的变化来调控其活性，这一状态在有丝分裂、热休克和DNA损伤期间会发生变化。SRSF10通过控制特定转录本的选择性剪接，影响葡萄糖、脂肪和胆固醇代谢、胚胎心脏的发育以及神经过程。SRSF10对于HIV-1和其他病毒转录物的正确表达和加工也很重要。SRSF10在应激反应、器官发育和病毒复制中发挥关键作用，是对抗癌症和病毒感染的潜在治疗靶点。
