SPTLC3
SPTLC3，即丝氨酸棕榈酰转移酶长链碱基亚基3，别名LCB3、SPT3、LCB3、LCB2B、SPT3、hLCB2b、SPTLC2L。SPTLC3是丝氨酸棕榈酰转移酶复合体的一个亚基，该复合体催化鞘脂生物合成中的限速步骤。该亚基代谢月桂酰辅酶A和肉豆蔻酰辅酶A，生成C14和C16鞘氨醇碱基。SPTLC3对于鞘脂的合成至关重要，鞘脂是细胞膜的重要组成部分，并参与多种细胞信号传导过程，包括细胞凋亡、细胞增殖、细胞迁移和炎症反应。异常的SPTLC3表达与多种疾病相关，包括心血管疾病、肿瘤和神经退行性疾病。
