SMARCD2
SMARCD2，即SWI/SNF相关矩阵相关蛋白D2，别名INI1、hSNF2α、BAF47等。它是一种由SMARCD2基因编码的核蛋白，属于SWI/SNF染色质重塑复合体家族成员。SMARCD2的作用机制涉及其ATP酶活性，通过改变染色质结构，促进转录因子的DNA结合，影响基因表达。SMARCD2在细胞增殖、分化、肿瘤抑制等多种生物学过程中发挥作用。SMARCD2的功能异常与多种疾病有关，尤其是在癌症中，如成神经管细胞瘤、成视网膜细胞瘤等，SMARCD2的突变或缺失与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。

IHC image of CSB-PA846114LA01HU diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human cervical cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
