SMARCA2

SMARCA2全称为SWI/SNF相关基质相关肌动蛋白依赖的染色质调控因子A2,也被称为BRM或SNF2L2。SMARCA2属于SWI/SNF染色质重塑复合物核心成员,通过调节染色质结构动态变化影响基因转录活性,在细胞分化、增殖及DNA损伤修复中起关键作用。SMARCA2功能异常与肺癌、肝癌、卵巢癌等多种实体瘤密切相关,其表达缺失可能导致肿瘤抑制因子失活或致癌通路异常激活。近年来针对SMARCA2的药物开发聚焦于表观遗传调控领域,例如利用PROTAC技术开发靶向降解剂,或通过抑制其ATP酶活性恢复抑癌功能。
