SLC6A19

SLC6A19,即溶质载体家族6成员19,别名HND、B0AT1。它是一种在人类肠道和肾脏上皮细胞中表达的跨膜蛋白,负责将中性氨基酸从细胞外转运到细胞内。SLC6A19的作用机制是通过主动转运,将氨基酸从肠道吸收并在肾脏中重吸收。该基因的突变可能导致Hartnup病,这是一种遗传性疾病,表现为糙皮病、小脑性共济失调和精神病等症状。SLC6A19在氨基酸稳态、糖尿病和体重控制中也扮演着重要角色。在肠道细胞中的表达和功能依赖于辅助蛋白血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)的存在,ACE2也是SARS-CoV-2的细胞受体之一。

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA731656LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
