SINHCAF

SINHCAF,即SIN3-HDAC复合体相关因子,别名FAM60A、TERA。这是一种在人类细胞中发现的蛋白质,参与调控基因表达。SINHCAF是组蛋白去乙酰化酶复合体的组分之一,通过与SIN3A和HDAC1等蛋白相互作用,促进组蛋白去乙酰化,从而抑制基因的表达。在斑马鱼中,SINHCAF对于原始生殖细胞(PGC)的形成至关重要,其敲除会导致PGC数量减少,影响性别比例,而过表达则会增加PGC数量,并倾向于雌性。此外,SINHCAF还参与负向调控细胞迁移,是Sin3复合体的一部分,对维持胚胎干细胞的快速增殖潜力和防止过早的细胞系分化至关重要。这些功能表明SINHCAF在细胞命运决定和发育过程中扮演着重要角色。
