SELPLG

SELPLG,即选择素P配体,别名CLA、CD162、PSGL1、PSGL-1,是一种由人类SELPLG基因编码的糖蛋白,主要在骨髓细胞和受刺激的T淋巴细胞上表达。
SELPLG通过作为P-、E-和L-选择素的高亲和力反受体,介导白细胞与活化的血小板或表达选择素的内皮细胞的粘附,这一过程对于炎症期间白细胞的运输至关重要。SELPLG需要经过酪氨酸硫酸化和O-连接的聚糖添加唾液酸Lewis x四糖(sLex)的翻译后修饰,以实现其高亲和力结合活性。SELPLG在先天性和适应性免疫反应中发挥关键作用,其异常表达和基因多态性与免疫反应的缺陷有关。

IHC image of CSB-RA567010A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
