RRAGA
RRAGA，别名FIP1、RAGA、FIP-1。RRAGA由人类RRAGA基因编码，该基因位于9号染色体的p22.1位置。RRAGA是一种G蛋白，具有GTP结合活性，能够与RagC/RRAGC或RagD/RRAGD形成异二聚体Rag复合物，并在细胞对氨基酸饥饿的响应、自噬的负调控以及TORC1信号的正调控中发挥作用。RRAGA通过与GATOR1复合物共定位，在溶酶体和细胞核中活跃，参与调节mTORC1信号通路。RRAGA在细胞生长、代谢和疾病中扮演重要角色，特别是在氨基酸感应和mTORC1信号传导中。RRAGA的异常表达或功能失调与多种疾病相关，包括肿瘤和代谢性疾病。

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human lung tissue using CSB-PA03465A0Rb at dilution of 1:100
Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA03465A0Rb at 1:66, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
