RNF214
RNF214，全称为RING finger protein 214，也被称为DKFZp547C195，是一种广泛表达的蛋白，主要在睾丸、甲状腺和其他组织中存在。RNF214蛋白与多种疾病相关，包括胎儿运动障碍序列1等。在肝癌研究中，RNF214被发现与不良预后相关，其高表达与肝癌的增殖、迁移和转移有关。目前，针对RNF214的药物研发正在积极推进，有望为肝癌治疗提供新的策略。
