RIPK4
RIPK4，即受体相互作用蛋白激酶4，别名DIK、PKK。它是由人类基因组中的RIPK4基因编码的蛋白，属于受体相互作用蛋白激酶（RIPK）家族成员之一。RIPK4在多种细胞过程中发挥作用，包括细胞死亡、炎症反应、皮肤分化、皮肤炎症、皮肤伤口修复以及氧化应激和铁死亡的调控。其作用机制涉及调节多种信号通路，如NF-κB、Wnt/β-catenin和RAF/MEK/ERK通路，以及通过影响ACSM1的表达来调节脂质代谢，从而影响氧化应激和铁死亡。RIPK4在调控细胞命运、维持组织稳态、参与皮肤和肠道屏障功能以及在多种疾病中发挥重要作用，包括癌症、急性肾损伤、神经退行性疾病等。RIPK4的异常表达与多种疾病相关，如鳞状细胞癌、Bartsocas-Papas综合征等，使其成为潜在的治疗靶点和预后因素。
