PHGDH
PHGDH，即磷酸甘油酸脱氢酶，别名NLS、PDG、PGD、NLS1、PGAD、PGDH、SERA、3PGDH。PHGDH是丝氨酸合成途径中的关键酶，负责将糖酵解中间产物3-磷酸甘油酸（3-PG）转化为3-磷酸羟基丙酮酸（3-PHP），进而参与L-丝氨酸的合成。PHGDH需要NAD/NADH作为辅因子，并形成活性四聚体。PHGDH是丝氨酸生物合成途径中唯一的限速酶，其活性对于维持细胞内丝氨酸水平至关重要。丝氨酸是D-丝氨酸和其他氨基酸合成的前体，对细胞生长和分化非常重要。PHGDH的异常表达与多种疾病相关，包括先天性小头畸形和精神运动迟缓。在肿瘤细胞中，PHGDH的高表达与癌细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力增强有关。
