PGLYRP1

肽聚糖识别蛋白1(PGLYRP1)是一种先天性免疫系统的重要效应分子,也被称为PGRP-S或Tag7。该蛋白能够特异性识别细菌细胞壁的肽聚糖成分,通过直接结合病原微生物触发杀菌活性,例如诱导溶菌酶释放或破坏细菌膜结构。其功能不依赖传统免疫细胞介导,在皮肤、呼吸道和肠道等屏障组织中广泛表达,构成人体抵御感染的第一道防线。
PGLYRP1的表达异常与多种炎症性疾病相关。在类风湿性关节炎患者的关节滑液中可检测到该蛋白水平升高,其促炎特性可能加剧关节损伤。相反,银屑病和炎症性肠病患者病灶部位常出现PGLYRP1表达下调,提示其免疫调节功能的缺失。近年来,基于该蛋白的双向调控特性,科学家正探索其在脓毒症和癌症中的治疗潜力。例如,利用重组PGLYRP1增强抗生素疗效的研究已进入临床前阶段,而针对其促癌转移活性的单抗药物也在开发中,为免疫相关疾病提供了新的干预思路。

IHC image of CSB-PA017862LA01HU diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human endometrial cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
