PDCD1LG2
PDCD1LG2，即程序性细胞死亡1配体2，别名PD-L2、Btdc、PDL2、CD273等。它是由人类PDCD1LG2基因编码的蛋白质，该基因位于9号染色体上。PDCD1LG2是免疫受体CD28家族的成员之一，主要通过与PD-1结合发挥免疫调节作用，从而参与抑制T细胞的激活和增殖，进而在免疫耐受和免疫逃逸中发挥作用。PD-L2在免疫细胞如树突细胞和巨噬细胞以及非免疫细胞如肿瘤细胞中的表达，有助于调节免疫应答和促进肿瘤免疫逃逸。PDCD1LG2的生物学意义在于其在肿瘤免疫逃逸中的作用，是癌症免疫治疗的重要靶点，其表达水平与多种肿瘤的预后相关。
