PCCA
PCCA全称为丙酰辅酶A羧化酶α亚基，也被称为丙酰辅酶A羧化酶α链。该蛋白是丙酰辅酶A羧化酶复合物的重要组成部分，该复合物在丙酸代谢中发挥关键作用。PCCA蛋白的缺陷会导致丙酸血症，这是一种罕见的遗传代谢疾病。目前，针对丙酸血症的治疗主要依赖于肝移植，而mRNA疗法如mRNA-3927的研发为治疗该疾病提供了新的希望。此外，PCCA蛋白的研究也为开发针对其他代谢性疾病的药物提供了潜在靶点。
