OLR1

OLR1全称为凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体1,也被称为LOX-1或SCARE1。这种蛋白主要分布在血管内皮细胞和巨噬细胞表面,能够特异性识别并结合氧化修饰的低密度脂蛋白颗粒,这一特性使其成为动脉粥样硬化发生的关键媒介。当血管壁受到氧化应激或机械损伤时,LOX-1的表达显著上调,促进脂质沉积和单核细胞浸润,最终导致血管内膜斑块形成。该过程与心脑血管疾病、糖尿病微血管病变等密切相关,尤其在冠心病患者的斑块破裂事件中常观察到LOX-1异常活跃。

After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA016331LA01HU at 1:400, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
