NTMT1
NTMT1，即蛋白质α-N-末端甲基转移酶1，别名NRMT1、METTL11A。这是一种在蛋白质N末端添加甲基的转移甲基化酶，已被确定为肿瘤发生和进展的关键参与者。NTMT1通过在底物α-N-末端上引入甲基，能够调节有丝分裂、染色质相互作用、DNA修复和维持基因组稳定性。此外，NTMT1在多种癌症中过表达，包括黑色素瘤、结直肠癌和宫颈癌，其表达水平与肿瘤的预后和进展有关，表明它在肿瘤发展中的重要作用。
