NOD1
NOD1，即含核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域1，别名CARD4、NLRC1、CLR7.1等。它是一种在人体细胞中表达的蛋白质，属于核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域（NOD）样受体（NLR）家族。NOD1的作用机制是通过其N端的caspase募集结构域（CARD）、中心位置的核苷酸结合域（NBD）以及C端的10个串联的富含亮氨酸重复序列（LRRs）来识别细菌肽聚糖，并引发炎症反应，从而在天然免疫中发挥作用。NOD1还参与对病毒和寄生虫感染的免疫反应。NOD1通过模式识别受体（PRR）的功能识别病原微生物并激活下游的炎症和免疫应答。NOD1的突变与多种疾病相关，包括哮喘、炎症性肠病、白塞病和结节病等。
