NOD1
NOD1,即含核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域1,别名CARD4、NLRC1、CLR7.1等。它是一种在人体细胞中表达的蛋白质,属于核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域(NOD)样受体(NLR)家族。NOD1的作用机制是通过其N端的caspase募集结构域(CARD)、中心位置的核苷酸结合域(NBD)以及C端的10个串联的富含亮氨酸重复序列(LRRs)来识别细菌肽聚糖,并引发炎症反应,从而在天然免疫中发挥作用。NOD1还参与对病毒和寄生虫感染的免疫反应。NOD1通过模式识别受体(PRR)的功能识别病原微生物并激活下游的炎症和免疫应答。NOD1的突变与多种疾病相关,包括哮喘、炎症性肠病、白塞病和结节病等。
