NGF
NGF，即神经生长因子，别名Nerve Growth Factor。它是一种在多种组织中广泛存在，尤其在中枢和外周神经系统中具有重要作用的蛋白质。NGF由人体细胞自身的基因编码，最初从小鼠肿瘤、蛇毒和雄性小鼠唾液腺中被分离和纯化出来 。NGF的作用机制主要是通过与其高亲和力受体TrkA结合，激活细胞内的酪氨酸激酶活性，进而触发下游的PI3K-Akt和MAPK等信号通路，促进神经元的存活、分化和生长。此外，NGF还能与低亲和力受体p75NTR结合，参与调节细胞凋亡等过程 。在生物学意义上，NGF对神经系统的发育和成熟至关重要，特别是在促进特定类型神经细胞的存活和功能表达方面。NGF的活性还与免疫细胞的活性调节、肿瘤细胞的有丝分裂抑制以及创口愈合过程相关。在疾病治疗方面，NGF被研究用于治疗包括阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、糖尿病相关神经病变和急性神经系统损伤等多种疾病 。

Overlay Peak curve showing PC3 cells stained with CSB-RA015779MA1HU (red line) at 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1ug/1*106cells) for 45min at 4℃. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-human IgG(H+L) at 1:200 dilution for 35min at 4℃.Control antibody (green line) was human IgG (1ug/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
