NFS1
NFS1，即半胱氨酸脱硫酶，别名NIFS、IscS、COXPD52、HUSSY-08。它是一种由人类基因编码的酶，属于磷酸吡哆醛依赖性氨基转移酶的V类家族。NFS1在铁硫簇生物合成中发挥关键作用，通过从半胱氨酸中去除硫，并在此过程中产生丙氨酸，为铁硫簇提供无机硫。NFS1对于维持多种细胞酶的功能至关重要，因为这些酶需要铁硫簇才能正常工作。NFS1的异常可能导致某些遗传性疾病，如联合氧化磷酸化缺陷（COXPD）。

Lane 1: Rabbit control IgG instead of (1µg) instead of CSB-PA896542ESR1HU in Hela whole cell lysate. For western blotting, a HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG, specific to the non-reduced form of IgG was used as the Secondary antibody (1/50000)
