NCOA4
NCOA4，即核受体共激活因子4，别名SRC-3、p160，是一种重要的核受体共激活因子，由NCOA4基因编码。它通过与多种核受体和转录因子相互作用，增强下游基因的转录活性，参与细胞增殖、分化和代谢等生理过程。NCOA4在调节性激素信号传导、细胞周期控制中发挥关键作用，其异常表达与乳腺癌、前列腺癌等多种癌症的发生发展相关，是癌症治疗的潜在靶点。同时，NCOA4也涉及能量代谢和肥胖相关疾病的调控，对研究代谢性疾病具有重要意义。
