NCBP2
NCBP2，即核帽结合蛋白亚基2，别名CBC2、CBP20、NIP1等。它是人类基因编码的蛋白质，属于核帽结合蛋白复合物（CBC）的一部分，这个复合物能够与新生前体mRNA的单甲基化5'帽结构结合。NCBP2含有RNA结合蛋白中常见的RNP结构域，并具有帽结合活性。它在pre-mRNA剪接、3'端加工、RNA核输出和无义介导的mRNA衰变等过程中发挥作用。此外，NCBP2还参与了mRNA的出口，通过与ALYREF/THOC4/ALY的相互作用，促进mRNA从核到细胞质的运输。NCBP2对于基因表达的调控、mRNA的加工和运输等过程具有重要的生物学意义。
