NAT10

NAT10,即N-乙酰基转移酶10,别名ALP、Kre33、NET43。它是由人类NAT10基因编码的核蛋白,属于GNAT家族的乙酰转移酶。NAT10在多种细胞过程中发挥作用,包括RNA的乙酰化修饰、核糖体RNA的生物合成、DNA损伤修复以及mRNA稳定性的维持。其作用机制涉及催化组蛋白和非组蛋白的乙酰化修饰,以及作为RNA结合蛋白,通过在特定RNA分子上添加乙酰基团来调节RNA的稳定性和翻译效率。NAT10参与调控细胞周期、细胞迁移、肿瘤转移、DNA损伤响应以及细胞衰老等重要生命活动。NAT10的异常表达与多种疾病相关,包括癌症、Hutchinson-Gilford早衰综合征、系统性红斑狼疮等。NAT10被认为是多种疾病治疗的潜在靶点。
