MPL

MPL,即巨核细胞增生性白血病病毒受体,别名Myeloproliferative Leukemia Virus Receptor、CD110等。MPL是一种表达于造血干细胞、早期髓系和淋巴系前体细胞、内皮细胞以及某些肿瘤细胞表面的细胞表面受体。它属于肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员,由人体细胞自身的基因编码。MPL的作用机制主要涉及与多种配体结合,如TPO(血小板生成素)、ELN(内皮细胞白血病抑制因子)等,这些配体的结合能够激活MPL,进而触发下游的JAK2/STAT、MAPK等信号通路,促进巨核细胞的增殖和分化,影响血小板的生成。MPL在正常的造血过程中发挥着关键作用,尤其是在血小板的生成和功能的维持中。MPL的激活可以促进巨核细胞的增殖和成熟,从而增加血小板的产生。此外,MPL还参与了对炎症反应、血管生成和免疫调节等过程的调控。MPL的功能异常与某些骨髓增生性疾病的发生发展有关,如原发性血小板增多症、骨髓增生异常综合征等。因此,MPL是血液学研究和相关疾病治疗中的一个潜在靶点。
