MGMT
MGMT，全称为O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶，是一种重要的DNA修复蛋白，主要作用是修复DNA损伤，保护细胞免受烷化剂的致癌和致突变作用。MGMT蛋白在多种肿瘤中表达下调，与肿瘤耐药性密切相关。例如，在胶质瘤中，MGMT表达水平与肿瘤的耐药性以及患者的预后相关。目前，针对MGMT的药物研发进展迅速，如Paxalisib等药物正在临床试验中，有望为胶质瘤患者提供新的治疗选择。此外，MGMT的表达还与肺癌、结直肠癌等多种癌症的发生发展有关，因此，MGMT也是癌症研究和治疗的重要靶点。

IHC image of CSB-RA966553A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
