MCL1

MCL1,即髓样细胞白血病1蛋白,别名MCL-1。MCL1是一种抗凋亡蛋白,属于Bcl-2家族成员,主要通过与促凋亡Bcl-2蛋白结合来防止细胞凋亡。MCL1在多种细胞类型中表达,尤其在造血干细胞和神经细胞中发挥重要作用。MCL1的作用机制涉及其在细胞内线粒体膜上的定位,通过其BH3结合位点与其他Bcl-2家族成员相互作用,调节细胞生存和凋亡。在细胞应激时,MCL1的表达和稳定性发生变化,从而影响细胞命运。MCL1还参与调节细胞周期、DNA损伤响应、自噬、线粒体动力学和能量代谢等非凋亡过程。MCL1的表达失调与多种疾病的发生发展有关,尤其是在癌症中,MCL1的过表达与肿瘤的发生、不良预后和耐药性密切相关。
