LRP1
LRP1，即低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白1，别名APOER、A2MR、APR、CD91。LRP1蛋白是一种大型内吞和信号转导受体，属于低密度脂蛋白受体家族成员之一，编码的前蛋白由呋喃进行蛋白水解，产生515 kDa和85 kDa亚基，形成成熟受体。
LRP1的作用机制涉及多种细胞过程，包括细胞内信号传递、脂质稳态和凋亡细胞清除。它在阿尔茨海默病患者中发现的淀粉样斑块的主要成分--α2-巨球蛋白介导的分泌淀粉样前体蛋白和β-淀粉样蛋白的清除中也需要编码蛋白。LRP1在维持血管内皮细胞功能、调节血脑屏障、参与脂质代谢和炎症反应中有着关键作用，其异常表达与动脉粥样硬化、肿瘤发展和神经退行性疾病等有关。
